Finished a workout, ate a big meal, watched an exciting BAMA basketball team go 2-0, about to take shower, and then I'm going to have some sex and probably watch Walking Dead with the wife afterwards. It's been a good day.

Went for a late night jog around the neighborhood a couple hours ago. Drinking a caffeine free Diet Coke now.
Found out I have AFib :( no more regular coffee for me. Caffeine is a big no-no.
