LSU and UGA could play every year. All you have to do is win your divisions.

Lol. That is never going to happen. Still funny though.

Harumph.
Being I live in Athens GA as an LSU fan I second this.
I agree Athens is an awesome town. So much so I call it home.

I know LSU vs UGA next year is in Tiger Stadium and I will be there, but sure would be nice to travel 6.8 miles and park and watch the Tigers play.

It was put to a vote. The SEC ADs voted to keep the permanent rivalries.

yea, this dudes post was out of whack.

I'm not advocating to get rid of the traditional games, I just want to play Georgia more.

9 game SEC schedule would help IMO.

I suspect this is a typicial LSU SEC schedule whine. Well, LSU didn't play Georgia for about 25 straight years between the late '60s and end of '80s. That was before expansion and divisions when teams could schedule whoever they liked in the conference. Yet LSU didn't EVER schedule Georgia.. not one time.

So don't start with "schedules" and "TSIO" and "Alabama is keeping LSU from playing Georgia" and the other scheduling BS LSU fans have been bitzhing about... GOOD GOD! LSU, find a new 78 RPM record to play... .

Can you name LSUs leading receiver in that game?

ETA: it was your linebacker. He had over 90 yards receiving and 2 TDs from Jarret Lee
