They just said on the broadcast that the replay booth told them that the whistle doesn’t matter. What matters is the moment the ref thinks forward progress has stopped.

Does not matter guy was still moving forward, his progress had NOT been stopped. Also, his linemen was helping pull him into the endzone.

Yea but how can we actually tell at what point the ref thinks progress has stopped
Even still, forward progress was never stopped the guy was still moving forward. It was a terrible call

On 4th and goal, unless the guy is just getting tackled going backwards for more than 5 yards, let them finish the play

TD by Tennessee.....replay admitted by mistake that it was a td, replay said whistle after he reached out to make a td was irrelevant , the ref ruled it was over before the whistle which is blantantly false...
