It's hard to believe how the bama program went from being on the verge of a really good run and not making the CWS since 1999 until this season
they were really good in the late 90's and were right there with the top teams in the SEC

Yeah. I miss those days. I think some of it has to do with Wells picking his replacement, if I recall correctly. It kind of went downhill from there.....

Even Bertman and Tanner sorta failed in that same vein. But, in Smoke Laval's defense, he had two Omaha trips in five years, however 2&Q isn't LSU.

Fantastic coach. Bama probably overachieved this year but I suspect they will be very good going forward. Swept Auburn, I’m not talking any smack.
