Looked spotty at best, and I have zero faith in Frazier's passing ability in the clutch or otherwise really.

Join the club. UF didn't do much better.

I went to the AU game but had to come home and immediately watch the DVR. Frazier has some growing up to do. I think when he gets a little more experience, AU will be fine. Unfortunately, I think we are going to get that experience against LSU and Arkansas etc. This season might not be pretty, but I think by year end, Auburn may be a very dangerous team with a bad record on paper.

I think this season will be like 2002. I even posted a thread about it!!!#
I'm not upset after this loss, unlike last season.

Limited viewing due to the Bama game but what I saw told me Auburn is a much better team than last year. I was a little shocked that Clemson moved as well as they did on the ground but Auburn is easily an eight win team

We didn't play badly, but we shot ourselves in the foot so many times it was appalling.
Also, Frazier isn't very good right now.

it is too early to predict records.

I've been telling you guys all summer than Auburn is a better team than the SECr is wanting to give you guys credit for. I predicted up to 10 wins - including a bowl win - and that may not happen, but Auburn is A LOT better this year than they were last year.
I think Auburn will upset one of: UGA, LSU, Arkansas.

For his first start he was inconsistent. Should of had two TD passes if our receiver does not back out of the end zone. He and the team need to keep working and you will see improvement.

they gave up 528 yards to a team that was missing one of the best WR's in the nation...31 first downs their D gave up
Frazier was 11-27 against an average defense at best. Clemson gave up 70 in their last game of last season. Its a new year- but they didnt improve very much. Hell, Clemson didnt line up on defense correctly at least 4 times that I saw and I was flipping back and forth between games

2 games I thought would resemble 2011 for LSU contrary to popular opinion: Auburn and Florida
Week 1 reinforced that feeling

I wasn't that disappointed in Frazier. The guy is basically getting his first meaningful PT. The o-line played OK. I think we're fine at RB. We need another WR to step up besides Blake. The unit I was most disappointed in was the Linebackers. The LB play was awful tonight.

The fact that Jake Holland is our best option at MLB says a lot about just how bad the situation at LB is. he is beyond terrible. Definitely not an SEC quality LB and probably not a true D1 prospect. Slow, weak, can't tackle... Thank God Rueben Foster joins next season.

Gents, I personally saw Jake Holland make several very good plays including one snot locker shot at the goal line.
Give the kid a break. Yeah, we got heat coming next year, but right now he is the AU MLB. Deal with it.

I saw him drop an INT that would have changed the game for sure....and get both arms wrapped around ball carriers 3 times and let go...2 went for big plays, one would have been a 2 yard gain but instead went for 68 yards. Of course, a lot of that has to do with Boyd and Ellington being badasses. I know people don't like to hear Auburn fans throw players under the bus and maybe I ought to keep my mouth shut. He is an Auburn guy and apparently, will continue to be our starter. It really is telling though that he is the starter...not his fault, maybe he is playing his heart out and just lacks the ability/talent/athleticism to be a starter in the SEC.

Yep, y'all suck. I'm not being rude but what is up with this coaching staff. Did Cam coach the team to when he was there?

I can handle a loss, but I'm beyond disappointed with the defense. After the last 3 years I didn't expect the next coming of the steel curtain, but I was hoping to see some serious improvement. All I saw was a defense that can't tackle, can't get off the field on 3rd down even if it's 3rd and a half mile, receivers running wide open through the secondary... The same fricking shite I have seen for the past 3 years. Forget schemes, these guys should have spent the off season tackling anything that moves, or doesn't move, IDGAF. Tackle some trees, maybe a student or 2, hell try tacking a parked car or a stray dog, but learn how to fricking tackle.
