Nick's not going to like this. Those guys played in big games last year. He would remind you that this is a new team. You need to get yourself together and understand the narrative.

So that game compares to this game? You think so?

It is certainly comparable. UGA won the SEC and played for a title a year ago, and was #2 when LSU played them.

it certainly was. It was also a must-win coming off of the UF loss. Hell, this LSU team shouldn't feel any pressure for this upcoming game considering no one is giving them a chance and they are up against the New England Patriots. The pressure is on the visiting team to live up to expectations.

It will be a good game nonetheless. It certainly won't be a blowout like many of your ilk have predicted.

So the team who won the SEC and went to the National Championship game the previous year, has 1 loss this year to LSU, and is still ranked in the Top 10 doesn't make them a team that can be in a "big game"? Cool.

The fact that the game is in BR dulls this point a bit...but you make a good point, but I'll contend that the UGA game was a pretty big national spotlight game as well.

What was their experience on the road vs top 10 teams last year?

No.

LSU has no idea what it’s like to play a big game on a Saturday Night in Tiger Stadium.

We wanted to move it to a smaller venue, but of course the SEC wouldn’t let it happen.

No. I don’t see us staying in the game with you guys. It’ll be over quick. Bama wins by 70. Greatest college football team of all time. No way they can lose....

Please. There is no possible way to determine holding from this gif.

i'm not sure there has EVER been a team more ready at this point in the season. 2018 bama - not so much.

agreed

I've not predicted a blow out (which, I assume you either know or presumed since you didn't phrase it as if I had predicted it). I just think it's funny how the narrative is entirely about how "Bama hasn't been tested" as if the roster is full of inexperienced players who have never been in games this big (or bigger).

LSU may win, but it won't be b/c Bama played tight or wasn't ready. If LSU wins it will be b/c they are a legit team who got it done and all credit should go to them not to the narrative of "well we knew Bama hadn't been tested".

Don’t know about the big game argument, but it can’t be easy preparing for this.

The LSU players handled going to Auburn this year....

The Elephant players your referring to didn't handle that true road environment very well.
