Is there anyone who actually thinks this is all a lie?

I'm not saying that I think Cam did something shady, and I'm not saying Cecil did something shady, but what I am saying is that I definitely think SOMEONE (Auburn, Cam, Cecil, or all of the above) did something shady during his recruitment. There's far too much smoke for their not to be a fire, and I refuse to believe that people have just started to make shite up in order to derail Auburn's season or Cam's Heisman campaign.
Is there anyone out there that actually thinks that both Auburn and the Newton's are 100% clean on this? If so, I'd love to hear the argument.

Until I hear it from sources outside the Miss St Athletic Department, I will be skeptical.

Not me.
Too much smoke to be no fire. Question becomes who all is involved, and if there's any proof that money changed hands.
I reserve the right to be totally surprised if we come out of this unscathed, but right now I don't see how it's possible.

So you think they just decided to make this all up? To my knowledge, no one from Miss State has denied any of this.

There's just too many unnamed sources. It's a smear campaign.

No did all the rumors coming out of USC turn out to be false, nope, they all came true actually. Very similar circumstance here however the NCAA I feel is stepping up the investigation it will make the NCAA and BCS look like shite if AuB is ineligible.

Why though? Because he chose Auburn over Miss State? It just makes zero sense to me. These aren't junior high girls who are pissed at each other so they make up random stuff to make the other one look like an a-hole. These are grown men that run multi-million dollar businesses. Think about how much would Miss State would have to lose if they were literally just making this up.

A vast-the rest of the SEC-conspiracy against Auburn.
Hillary Clinton would be proud of y'all.

Honestly, I think the press fricked this up and they know it.

I don't think anyone is telling the whole truth. Cecil seems like a pretty shady character. Cam isn't gonna come out and talk about anything. Chizik has struck me as nervous and really really defensive in his press conferences since all of this started to break, much like a child who just got caught in a lie. Mullen I just flat out don't believe when he says he hasn't thought about Cam Newton's recruitment since December. And obviously either Kenny Rogers or John Bond is lying because they have contradicted each other.
The truth will eventually come out, but I don't think it is gonna be anytime soon. Cam might be in his 3rd season in the NFL when the NCAA finally rules on any of this.

So they fricked it up and they continue to report and bring forth new information in the hopes that eventually they'll find something that's true? Why would they keep pushing something that they know is a lie?

I think State is guilty too, somehow. I just haven't figured it out yet.

Me too. Hopefully for their sake, they aren't lying, but I believe they are.
As I've said before, if it was me and I was innocent, then id be screaming at the top of my lungs. They keep saying "no comment" or "I'm not getting into it" or "I've already said all I'm going to say". I mean if you are innocent, then defend yourself.

im wondering when the spotlight will be turned on florida and how they got his committment out of highschool. surely a 5 star stud recruit pulls more weight than a junior college transfer with baggage....
