Lsu can go to any other conference because we are used to being the red head step child. Bama could not go to another conference because they couldn't survive being pegged by Texas, Ohio state, or Usc. Lsu is used to being pegged by Bama so lsu would be right at home in another conference. But Bama couldn't survive being the peggee instead of the pegger

Why would we leave the conference that we own?
Ppl constantly think about us even when our teams are down - check
Everybody wants us to fail because they are scared - check
Don't have to rely on some other school to make us relevant or to get ppl to watch us - check
Everything that happens with us spawns multiple 20 page threads on this site without fail - check
Ppl cry when they beat us in football as if it is some miracle - check
Ppl constantly think about us even when our teams are down - check
Everybody wants us to fail because they are scared - check
Don't have to rely on some other school to make us relevant or to get ppl to watch us - check
Everything that happens with us spawns multiple 20 page threads on this site without fail - check

Forgot to mention that our game day experience, stadium, coach, player personalities, and culture are what comes to mind when outsiders think about the things that are positive about this (our) conference.

Sumlin and Miles hace identical records since Sumlin has been at A&M. Sumlin is 3-0 in bowls. Miles is 1-2, I think. On this date four years ago, A&M was widely expected to be the worst team in the SEC west and LSU was widely expected to continue competing for NCs.
LSU has had a great defense and a horrible offense. A&M has had a great offense and a horrible defense. A&M has hired LSU's DC, and LSU still has the same offense.

A&M beat teams better than LSU; we beat teams worse.
To say we don't know football is silly.
