You think Milroe was better last year than this year???
Nobody else believes this…
Or alternately are you arguing the SEC last year and this year are in reality no better than any other conference? Can't only focus on the data that supports your point while ignoring anything that doesn't.

Milroe was benched after that game so that they could see if the other qbs could do better. At the time I think most people agreed with that decision based on his performance in that game.
He went on to improve during the season.

This Texas team is better than last years and that team dumpstered a superior version of this years Bama team in Tuscaloosa
Last year is over. This year's bama team is much better than last year's... In fact, bama at the end of last season wasn't the same team Texas faced. Texas isn't the same defense it was last year and the offense really doesn't have an identity other than they have 2 popular QBs... Neither of which are really that great. Both have shown to be inconsistent. Tbh.
What quality win does Texas have on their resume at this point in the season?

It was based on matchups, which is the entire reason Saban went to Milroe in the 1st place. He counters the shift Georgia made defensively, which was done to counter what Bama were doing under Kiffin/Sark and later with Bryce Young @ qb. Georgia's defense is only vulnerable to a running qb and the deep ball. That's it. And those are what Milroe does best

Texas secondary was a dumpster fire and an absolute brick wall between the tackles last year, literally impossible to run against. This years team is vulnerable between the tackles but has the best secondary in the country, you don't know what you're talking about

So this years Alabama team which has already lost to both Vandy and Tennessee is better than last years team who lost to 2 playoff teams?

Didn’t Beck throw for 440 on the Bama defense?

How does Texas SOS rank compared to UGA, bama, TN, and Ole Miss?

Yes. Both likely to play for the NC.
#1 vs #2

Is the CFP limited to just SEC teams? Didn’t think so.

I'm just curious how they stack up. You must know the answer already...

No he threw for 175, 0TDs and 3ints. The defense won them that game.

You asked if Texas and Indiana were in the same situation. I proved they’re not. Are you now trying to move the goalpost or did you just want to talk about irrelevant things?

No Texas and Indiana are not equal however Indiana and BYU are. If the get blown out Saturday they will drop like a boulder just like we BYU did and rightfully so.

Beck really isn't the ruker to be using for great QB play..is he? Is that what you're going with to say you have the greatest secondary in the country? Mr interception? Ok....

We have 7 common opponents with TN and 6 with Ole Miss. If we lose to A&M, Georgia and Alabama deserve to be ahead of us.. but I’d argue we should get in before OM and TN based on common opponents.
eta- which is weird because no one talks about either of their schedules.. and they are both almost identical to ours.. but we played @ Michigan and they didn’t
