Pretty much my sentiment, exactly. Defense should be solid, if not 2024--level good. Offense needs to carry its weight. If the Oline is serviceable, I think SC has receivers, TE, and RB to be pretty damn good. But it all revolves around the offensive line, which is almost completely rebuilt.

Sellers is a fine QB, but he does make mistakes when asked to do things he doesn't have time to do. He ran for his life last year.

If the offense can play complementary football, and the defense can be competitive without needing to be overwhelmingly dominant, SC will be good. I'm cautiously optimistic, but sure as Christmas I'm not going to predict a playoff appearance. They basically are this year what OU was last year. A lot revolves around a new offense.
