Because Cole Hutson never signed an NFL contract or made an NFL roster. He attended rookie minicamps as an unsigned tryout. Wright and Harris both signed NFL contracts. The SEC rule distinguishes between a tryout and becoming a professional, not between skin colors. You had to erase the only fact that matters to manufacture a racial accusation.

Maybe not race but it's flat out because of the SEC good ole boy network. If Lane was at Bama and not LSU, those two players would have been rostered and been on the field and there wouldn't have been a peep from the SEC offices in Birmingham or Greg Sankey.

Well maybe it is…there is a mind set among a certain group that all their self inflicted troubles are someone else’s fault. Seems be the case with LSU. Y’all played every other card, lying, deniability, Whataboutism…no surprise y’all finally played the race card.

Jayden Daniels didn't do anywhere near enough to get his number retired.
That's reserved for Heisman Winners who also win SEC and National Championship. Jayden Daniels did neither.

If UT did nothing wrong with putting Hutson on roster, why did they come out after week 1 and declare him ineligible? They broke the ‘new rule’ that LSU chose to follow. They are more susceptible to penalty than LSU.
