I think I'm gonna make that egg nog and I've been wanting to try this pork belly burnt ends recipe someone sent me.

That Sunday morning shite might physically lift me off the toilet.

AJ Brown would have been a game changer for State at that time, State's WR's were absolutely terrible when AJ was at Ole Miss. I seem to recall him making it clear that he wanted to get out of Starkville and this was more of an Ole Miss/Bama battle with State running a distant third.

Leach got Sawyer Robertson to commit early and never really pursued Altmyer after that. No shade intended for Altmyer, just the simple truth of the matter. We'll see how their two careers progress, though I will say that Altmyer may get on the field quicker at Ole Miss than Robertson does at State given that Will Rogers is firmly entrenched as State's starter for the next 2-3 years whereas Ole Miss has some turnover at QB right now.

What Lane did with Blake Sims was one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen. 3,487 yards, 28 touchdowns Led the team to an SEC championship.

What? Bama won an SEC Championship?

I've started to develop a bit of a lactose intolerance and I've cut back on sugar for so long that I've got about 20 minutes from drinking Egg Nog to hot arse lava.

The worst part about getting older for me has been stomach issues. I can't handle dairy or spicy food nearly as well as I once could and beer bloats me like crazy.

I take daily probiotics now. Lame. In ten years I will only be able to eat saltine crackers and lettuce.

AJ Browns dumb arse could have gone to Bama & won a Heisman. Instead he goes to OM, never plays in a bowl game, & calls himself Mayor of Starkville. That’s not even a little brother move. That’s poor cousin conduct, 100%

Could have would have should have. He went to Ole Miss had a blast and is very proud of it while he sits in the NFL playing lights out and counting his cash. No run along puppy and go lick on your toasted nads!

With Spencer Rattler, Dillon Gabriel and Bo Nix off the table, does Luke Altmyer get the chance to unseat A.J. Brown as the Mayor of Starkville?

I think at least two, maybe three, factors are at play:

If you sign a transfer now, then Altmeyer might hit the portal, too, and I think it's clear that Kiffin wants Altmeyer to stick around.

I think Ole Miss' top transfer QB target is Cam Ward, and the sweepstakes there have just gotten underway. You'd presumably want him on campus in the spring, so this window might be closing.

Finally, I think Arch Manning is factored into this. You don't want to go grab a 3-year guy from the portal. Texas just got Quinn Ewers. Manning will be at least 2 deep at Alabama. And what QB would want to waste his time and talent with Kirby Smart's offense--think he's not giving the JT Daniels situation a little side eye? I think it's realistically down to Bama and Ole Miss at this point.

Love that whole family. They are part of our baseball crew and they are as good as gold. Got to see and touch the Grandfather’s Super Bowl ring from the first Super Bowl with the Packers.

Haha no I’m talking about Ben Brown’s folks. His great grandad (I think that’s the relation) played for Vaught and the Packers in the first two Super Bowls and has those rings. It’s pretty freaking cool to hold the first ever Super Bowl ring.
