They sure are. My great grandfather made his money in Houston and was from there, so he always taught me to support Louisiana teams when they’re playing non Texas teams.

I used to think of them as the Texas Tech of the SEC. But with Tech's gradual institutional improvement and the continued slide of LSU into total depravity, that's become unfair to Tech.
