I'm pretty sure this much is true. I've been saying it since he was at Ole Miss, but he can damn sure field a good offense.

I dunno, the guy with known substance abuse issues a reputation of going after girls of questionable age, and a history of imploding in high pressure situations at a school that has fired 3 coaches in a row with natty appearances. Probably won’t implode.

You loved his character six months ago.

And here you are celebrating when you thought he was staying:

Is this a good time to point out LSU fans constantly trumpeting about Nick saying leaving Baton Rouge was the biggest mistake of his life?

didn't Nick tell Kiffin to take the LSU job? No LSU coach has ever left LSU to coach at another school.

"Lane, you're never getting hired in Tuscaloosa. Take the LSU job while you can."

You guys have to get over him at some point.

Are y'all more pissed that he left, or that he made y'all look bad after talking all that shite?

We are over him. After years we realized Lane is volatile. Oxford was the perfect bubble for him. Couldn't get in too much trouble. He could focus on football for the most part. Expectations vs what he has been as a head coach aligned perfectly. Now he is at a high pressure job with a bigger microscope and more chances to get himself in trouble, we just love pointing it out. We see all the warning signs and are just waiting on it to implode.

He is a coach who will leave anyone at the drop of a hat vs a fanbase that will turn on their coach at the drop of a hat. It is a race to see what happens first. I'm here for it.

It is like when you date the crazy ex and then you find someone more stable and you can look back and laugh. This is the stage we are at.

It's more like a crazy guy who was dumped by a hot, wild ex.

Now the guy has been with a wallflower that no one else wanted for a week and is openly talking shite about the girl who left him.
