Dude has had 3 high profile jobs in the Raiders, Tennessee and USC and doesnt even have a conference title much less a championship to show for it. Even Nick Saban fired the dude before a National Championship game. Genius?.....I think not.

I mean c'mon, LSU...stop it with the whole...." we all this great talent" bullshite. You barely squeezed by the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers this year. You won by 3 points. I get it that bad games happen but youve been bad all year. My Notre Dame lost to NIU last year but rebounded and beat Indiana, Goergia, Penn State in the playoffs and lost in the Natty to Ohio State. LSU folded like a cheap lawn chair this year and dont blame Brian Kelly....if you have all this talent....you should win in spite of Brian Kelly like you did with Burrow when lameduck Orgeron was your coach.

If you are honest, and willing to agree the he is a genius, then you also must be honest and willing to agree he will never remain in one spot longer than a few years before bailing or crashing.

But can’t deny offensively lane is a genius. Lots of people have mentioned how Saban has advocated for lane but sources also say urban Meyer is a huge lane kiffin fan an marvels at how he can dissect a defense and call offensive plays that attack the weak points of those defenses at a genius level.

Offensive playcalling, etc.? Yes.

He really is. Over the years when I watched Ole Miss get stopped on 4th down on their own end of the field.. or forgo 3pts in the red zone vs Bama, LSU, etc..and turned it over on downs…

Don’t compare Fatboy Smart to Saban in your mind, he isn’t so far ahead of everyone coaching wise he can’t be caught very soon by a quality coach at LSU.

Take a gander at what? That LSU got smoked by Alabama, Georgia, Texas and Ohio State in recruiting? I thought you LSU fans said you have the talent to match any team in the country. All those teams got double digit 5 star players....LSU got 4. So again, show me this great talent you have at LSU....lets see names and numbers.
