Personally I don't think King Jon is coming to Tennessee, but LOL at all these people who have zero frickin clue claiming with certainty what is going to happen.
"Yea, I've watched 2 Monday Night games the last 7 years and remember when Gruden was in the NFL sort of and I can tell you for sure he ain't going to Tennessee"
Ok sounds good

He’s no Ed O, but he’s good.

Gruden is a fraud? But O is the guy to lead LSU to Championships?
I’d love for you to explain how Gruden may be a fraud but O is legit?

Jon Gruden wanted Manziel on Raiders: "Everyone must know something I don't." — Joe Schad (@schadjoe) May 9, 2014
According to three sources, Jon Gruden spent round 1 of the draft imploring the #Raiders: Draft Johnny Manziel. Just imagine #whatif — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) October 26, 2014
Jon Gruden told one close friend: “If there is one job I’d come back to the @NFL for, it’s the #Raiders.” But will he leave his current job? — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) October 26, 2014

"While most analysts can’t boast that they’ve won a Super Bowl, most analysts all can’t say they’ve gone all-in on Rob Johnson, Tim Rattay, Luke McCown, Bruce Gradkowski, Brian Griese, Simms, Tebow, Manziel. You name the disastrous NFL QB, Gruden has probably been high on him."
In 2005, he put Simms and Griese on the field all season after bypassing Aaron Rodgers in the draft to take Cadillac Williams.
In 2007 he said of Simms: “I’m going to have to screw things up pretty good for that kid not to turn out really special.” In 2014 he said Johnny Manziel has a lot of “magic” to him and openly begged the Raiders to draft the Texas A&M man. The Raiders passed on Manziel and took Derek Carr with the 36th pick. Carr is arguably the best under-26 QB in the NFL, while Manziel is out of the league and possibly on his way to jail. Gruden remains on the air, being wrong about a whole new class of quarterbacks, telling teams that Christian Hackenberg is worthy of a first-round pick.

Should have won SB when robbed by "frick" rule.
I mean can't say for sure the Raiders would have best the Rams but Gruden and the Raiders definitely got screwed from being in the Superbowl.
Look how bad the Raiders sucked after Gruden and the Bucs sucked for a long time after him too.
I think he's a bit underrated myself. Because like Pete Townshend sings in the Who's 'Eminence Front,' "The sun shines and people forget,"
