It might have been but Oklahoma rivals them all, no doubt. If you are ever just west of Fort Smith, do not stop at the Webbers Falls convenience complex. The scariest place on a highway I've ever been and I've drive though Memphis a lot. Heading South from there you drive over the shite colored waters of Lake Eufala and fun places like Stringtown. Eventually you'll get to McAlester and my daughter and I have actually been shot at while driving back to Arkansas from Jerry's World. It's a god-awful state.

Let's see, a state that has two elite academic institutions in Emory and GT, a sprawling metro that is growing, low sales taxes in the city, plenty to do, low crime (lived in Marietta and didn't have a single incident the entire time i lived there and i regularly left my door to my car and apartment unlocked), great job opportunities. Sounds pretty good to me

Obama disenfranchised millions of Californian when he told the DOJ to stand down in the prop 8/DOMA cases, violated his oath in Benghazi, violated his oath office by spying on the republic presidential nominee, multiple ATF scandals, weaponized the bureaucracy (2013 IRS targeting of conservatives). The list is almost limitless
Biden has everything from using his son for kickbacks from multiple foreign governments, the disastrous pull out of Afghanistan, the Covid mandates, getting us into military conflict with multiple foreign governments, influence peddling, out of control inflation, reducing the military as an effective force, again the list is almost endless.
I for one long for the days when the, as you put it, chaos, was confined to liberal bastions and burned out quickly. When the country as a whole was significantly better off.

Sorry about your experience in Webber's Falls. I know the Love's family who own the "Webber's Falls Convenience Center"... I'll tell Mrs. Love that they scared an Arkansawyer who stopped at their store. I know she will be disappointed.

I'd appreciate it. My daughter was 15 or so. The shot was in McAlester and hit the front windshield,cracking the entire thing. We came upon a local sheriff who said it was probably just a rock the truck kicked up. Trouble is, they were coming towards us, we were not behind them and the shot hit us before we passed each other. Two bubbas were in the bed of the truck. We found a Dollar General or such somewhere around there, taped up the windshield and prayed all the way back over the line while doing 55 mph all the while looking in the rearview mirror and expecting to see blue lights coming to get us because the shooters and all the lawmen from the panhandle to Green Country were all kin of the Sheriff. I'm kidding about the latter of course but that's how we felt.

I’m all for Georgia smack but most of us are from Louisiana and have absolutely no room to talk. At best Louisiana is tied with Mississippi for worst state in the SEC.
