Georgia has always reminded me of LSU under CLM. Always good but cant get over that hump to greatness.

This is a pretty quality answer... and realistically that number is probably slightly higher given the position of some teams that are formerly great but their best days are behind them...

UGA is just hyped because they end up in the SEC championship game enough that outsiders think they are a sec powerhouse when it's been decades since they have won a NC or really mattered.

That playoff win really puts a damper on your uga hate. Very few teams have been good enough win them in this new era.

I'd say a never was. When I think of has beens I think of teams like Nebraska, Notre Dame, Penn St., Miami, Tennessee. Georgia does not belong in that group.
