Hell golf isn't even a sport.

If someone considers golf a sport then they probably think bowling is too

Bama has what? 14 or 15 National Championships? They have won before Saban and they will win after Saban. It's what the truly elite programs do

I think we would still win more than not but I don't think we win as many championships without Saban. Bama has always been able to recruit but Saban has brought us to another level!

Not necessarily. You see coaching affect football more so than any other sport I can think of.Sometimes a coach can out coach a another team and win a game even with less talent, but not really championships. Bama does not win because they are Bama, they win because they have better players. Coaches recruit players, therefore the best coaches get the best player. So one day it is possible that State has a coach that can get better players than Bama's coach. If and when this day happens, State will be better than Bama. Now the thing is, if this happens, then State's coach may very well end up being Bama's. But maybe not.

This is the go-to retort for LLLLLLLLSU fans for 8 years running.

Their lives are so balanced that they spend all their time trotting this out after the inevitable loss.

Damn..has everyone forgotten how terrible we were under Shula? Scholarship reductions hit hard but we were a short hair away from being coached by Rich Rodriguez. It may have worked out that we ended up with someone else and may have eventually risen to a top 10 team year in and year out..but Saban is Saban.

This is a run that may never be repeated. It's not unrealistic that he could win title 7 this year and 8 next year.

It's not unrealistic thar he could win 10 before he retires. 10 in 16-20 years would be bananas.

Simply incredible

Right man. Right time. Right place.

State will never have the program Bama does simply because of location. Bama has Birmingham right next door. Starkville is in the middle of nowhere. My point is that we don’t have a single NC and you guys have like a gazillion billion NCs. The right coach can bring players to MSU but it will never be sustained like it is at Bama, OSU, OU. Also we don’t have refs, replay officials, SEC commissioners, ESPN in our pockets like Bama.

It’s a go to retort for a lot of us border states (not you MS lol) because it’s true, we have other sports including pro sports to enjoy. Most of you don’t even know the caliber of track and museum you have at Barber, but I guess you always got NASCAR to fall back on with Dega 2 times a year, lol.

We now know who the now infamous meth head Bama fan is from the video.

LSU has a lot more national championships than Alabama in all sports yet you own us?

Come down to Baton Rouge on January 8th and let’s see what happens in men’s basketball

In the last athletic contest between the schools LSU won.

I give you Bill Curry, Mike Shula and Ray Perkins as evidence that Bama without a great coach is just like any other school

Gene Stallings had a 28 game winning streak at Alabama. The state of AL has great players that Alabama will get and Tuscaloosa is centrally located to the entire foot print of the SEC. Bama being Bama will pull talent from FL, GA, TN, and MS naturally.

A good recruiter @ Bama will pull recruits nationally.

Bama can go in every single SEC state and compete for top prospects.

FL has given Bama amazing skill guys in Cooper, Ridley, Juedy, Henry and Trent Richardson.

Bama will get great box players from in-state like
CJ Moseley, Rolando McCain, Rashaan Evans, Rueben Foster, Reggie Ragland, Marcel Dareus, Daron Payne, Quinnen Williams, Mack Wilson Ryan Anderson, etc.

People under estimate the amount of talent the state has.

AL put out a Heisman winning overall # 1 pick at QB that signed with FSU and nobody even blinked in AL.

Nobody made death threats to his family or told him he wasn't welcome in the state anymore.

Alabama had success with the BEAR. Did okay with a few others then won more with Saban than the BEAR. Now having said that, what do you think?

Bama is all Emmert and boosters. If the NCAA allows any program to cheat at will and get enough 5*s anyone can win with them. Saban has proven more than not against equal competition that he is average without a talent advantage.
