I think if your football team was great your basketball support would take a hit, is really what I'm getting at.

I'd say you are wrong. Our football support hasn't gone down as our basketball team has gotten better, even though we are in the worst ~6 year stretch of football in Auburn's history. So, the two don't seem to be inversely linked.

Our baseball support has roughly tracked with our overall team performance and is usually ~20th-25th or so nationally which is where the program is historically.

Outside of the main 3, there are plenty of others that fan support is much higher than elsewhere. Some it is lower. No different than anywehre else in the SEC.

There's a portion of support there because it's the only program Auburn fans can be excited about.

So again, you are describing the entirety of the SEC.

Trolling aside, Pearl has made Auburn fans basketball crazy! Love to see it.

Yeah I'm not going to troll Auburn fans for this. I wish we had a MBB coach who inspired the same enthusiasm for our program. We did, but then Scott Woodward bent the knee to the NCAA.

NCEA college equestrian is serious business. Maybe not an NCAA sport (yet) but far more competitive than club.

As was stated earlier... The problem is there are only 28 programs and a bunch of them are tiny little private schools.

There a a bunch of club sports that have way more than 28 teams... Rugby, Lacrosse, probably hockey. .

Auburn is a school full of goobers who think it's cool to overstate their worth with goofy slogans like "everything school".

It wasn’t misspelled so Auburn athletes were immediately eliminated as suspects.

To remove it? I would remove all the scoreboards from Jordan-Hare too if I were an Auburn fan.

"Everything School" :
Four straight losing seasons in football
Dead last in the SEC last year in baseball
Has not made it out of regionals in softball since 2017
Women's basketball is 12-11 and 3-7 in the SEC
Did not make it out of the regional semifinals in gymnastics last year
Is 2-3 in the NCAA Men's tournament since Covid.

But congrats on the Golf title last year!
