Is anyone confident that their QB will finish the game Nov 5

Is anyone else concerned that their starting quarterback may not finish the game on Nov. 5th? Alabama has knocked out several opposing starters and LSU leads the SEC in sacks. If something happens to McCarron, LSU wins in a walk. Something else to worry about Bama fans.

If Lee were put out, at least we'd have JJ to go in which isn't a drop off like Bama would experience. And we have Mett behind him. Though Mett has basically no experience.

I worry about it as well but with jefferson and Mett behind him, I feel like we could still have a shot. I am totally amped up in anticipation for this game. Its gonna seem like a lifetime away!

I would be concerned about Jarret Lee. Jordan Jefferson never gets hurt, he would never give the negatigers/Jefferswag haters the pleasure. If theirs one good thing about him is hes gets up after huge hits.

Sims has been getting a lot of practice handing off late in games. so if AJ's gonna get hurt, it better be while he's throwing a TD pass to take the lead. sims has a good arm and good intangibles but at this time he struggles with the speed of the college game. lsu is way too fricking fast for sims to handle. unless we're talking about blake sims. if blake sims gets in at QB, lsu is in deep shite. that boi got a cannon

It would hurt having Sims in because he lacks playing time and if it happened in a game like this then Bama would be in trouble.

Take it from a guy who is used to seeing terrible QB play from his team.Sims is terrible! If Chest Tat goes out Bama is gonna be hurting bad. Given he has limited experience but he looks VERY out of sync with the game and hell he's got one job(hand it off)

Bama knocked JJ out in 09 and 10.

If Lee takes a shot from Nico like he delivered to Sims Saturday night, I don't know if Lee will wake up before Christmas.
I'm still not sure how Sims got off the turf. I had nightmares after watching that.

Yes, Arkansas ranks 100th in sacks, we should be okay.

If AJ is knocked out,it's lights out.Nothing against Phillip, but he clearly isn't ready.I actually think the other Sims kid,Blake could do just as well,if not better. That kid is a helluva athlete, and a former QB

He's been knocked out of the last two Bama games he's played in FWIW.

Anything can happen. JJ got KO'd in both the 09 & 10 games, IIRC.
I think that this year despite all the hype, both teams respect one another and will play a clean game. Despite what some folks will say, I don't believe either Saban or Miles would intentionally target a specific player for a "hitjob", or anything like that.
Football is rough business though, and injuries do happen...I just hope everyone stays healthy for the rematch.

Not worried about Lee. He's still scared enough to get rid of it quickly. May get a late hit call or 7 though.

And this is an advantage how?

Which LSU QB? We have two!
LSU's depth chart kind of like that game you play @ the arcade with the moles that keep popping up. You 'whack' one(or in last weeks situation it was three with Honey Bear, Simon, and Ware) and another pops up to take its place.

LSU has been allowing previos opponents to knock out QB's. we certainly are hoping that Open Date takes down McCarron; maybe sprain an ankle while dancing or something.
