Is A&M in the middle of the most brutal schedule ever?

I mean, they in no way knew when they scheduled Clemson that they would go in a legendary run. (They scheduled Clem five years ago)

Alabama and LSU are in the west. And Georgia happened to fall on the schedule.

But damn.

Played #1 Clemson. #1 Bama. #1 LSU coming up. #4 Georgia.

Thats terrifying. If they were good, they could have stolen at least one of those wins. Crazy how it set up.

Probably South Carolina because they don't have the talent that A&M has.

SCAR doesnt get LSU though. And it may end up with SCAR winning one and A&M not.

It’s been tough.
But it’ll ultimately make this team of young pups better.
Fun season.

Throw Auburn in there for good measure.

I give Aggies hell on here but props for playing a man’s schedule unlike a team in South Carolina not named South Carolina

If they don't have the number one strength of schedule then I no longer believe in SOS

They lost to #1 twice and #15 (#6 at that time) Yet College Football Playoff Ranking has all these schools rank ahead of them with some schools having the same loss numbers or more to none ranked or less ranked schools

17. Iowa 7-3
18. Memphis 9-1
19. Cincinnati 9-1
20. Boise State 9-1
21. Oklahoma State 7-3
22. Iowa State 6-4
23. USC 7-4
24. Appalachian State 9-1
25. SMU 9-1

I don’t think we’ll be #1 going into the A&M game. I could see tOSU jumping us if they handle PSU.

I think Auburn was #6 when we played them?

You might want to tap the breaks there. Two of those games have yet to be played...

I agree but it’s BS. It’d be the first legit great team they’ve beaten all year. Outside of Wisconsin they have no big opponents. And Wisconsin has long been known for choking in big games and throwing away small ones. Like they did with Illinois this year.

And of those, Clemson, Georgia, and LSU on the road. Just brutal. If they qualify for a bowl, I hopes not against the Patriots in New England.

Probably one of the very few times in history a team faced the #1 opponent 3 different times in one season.
