Yes, they lost a lot, but they have a lot. All these people just predicting loss to Alabama and Florida are just being silly. LSU on paper is better than or equal to the Gumps. Florida will find a way to screw up this season.

Yes, LSU lost way too much talent off last year's team.
Look at Auburn from 10 to the 11 season. Auburn lost an record setting QB and loaded senior class after the 10 season. Auburn went 8-5 the next season, lost too much talent to be very good in 11.
Look for LSU to have the same type season this year that Auburn had in 2011. Five losses are very likely for LSU this year.

Even Burrow had a year of absolute garbage play before he found his groove under the perfect system. You lost your two coordinators. LSU isn’t going to reload. It’ll be like Oregon post Mariota.

And we still won 10 games with a complete garbage offense. Plus Burrow had just gotten here while Brennan is going on his 4th year and we have way better skill players and lineman than we did in '18.

There is zero chance TAMU will beat LSU this year. Orgeron is just petty enough to run up the score again. He's not going to allow that game to be close again.

I've been calling 7-5 or worst for a while. So possibly 8-5 if they win their bowl game.
