Texas (should win but new qb in a big game)
@ Auburn
@ Florida
@ Texas A&M
Bama
Bowl Game
If they lose the 3 road games and bama that's 4 losses. Then lose one of Texas or the bowl game puts them at 5 losses. Considering everything they lost this seems more likely than not to me.

Now that BJ has given his say, you can put it in permanent ink that LSU will
Go 11-1or 12-0
Go 11-1or 12-0

Anything is possible if you believe

I mean of course it's possible. It's also possible they go 3-9 or 11-1 or 15-0 again

Even if LSU went 8-4, I think LSU would stomp whatever scrub they got in the bowl game. See e.g. 2016.
If we are saying 8-5 is possible, then 15-0 is also possible.
If we're talking likelihood, 9-4, 10-3, and 11-2 are all better bets imo.

LSUs 2 toughest games are Bama at home and at UF. I think they go 10-2 with losses there. LSU will beat Texas, A&M and AU.

Which is more likely. 8-5 or 11-1?
I think it’s somewhere in between. Say 9-3 or 10-2.
8-5 would be a worse case scenario.

That looks like 6-6 is possible.

You wish. LSU hasn't been 6-6 since the 90s. LSU has too much talent to lose 6 games.

They've lost 5 games 1 time since 2009
So I'll go with no
So I'll go with no

Possible? Yes. But it's very unlikely they will lose all of those games, including a bowl game.
9-4 is not a far cry, though.

Yeah. LSU worst season in 20 years was a horrible 8-5 year coming off a national title for Les Miles starting a new freshman QB and 2 new defensive coordinators. That season was a disaster. Just don't see this LSU team doing that poorly. There may be a national championship hangover but LSU aint going into disaster scenario.

LSU will be undefeated and SEC champs going into the playoff. Alabama, she is not all that anymore.
Yes, they lost a lot, but they have a lot. All these people just predicting loss to Alabama and Florida are just being silly. LSU on paper is better than or equal to the Gumps. Florida will find a way to screw up this season.
