It would be interesting to know one key fact: ranked at time of play or end of the year

I don't think it's shocking that Bama has been the most dominant team in the last 20 years.
A bit like saying "Curious fact: Water, as it turns out, is wet".
However, if Bama stumbles again next year, historical facts will have to increasingly suffice as a source of pride.
We shall see.

Because the only stats GA fans are the last 2 years. If you notice, that’s all they post because that’s the only time they have ever been relevant.
