The no child left behind which caused school district consolidations around the state in the early and middle 2000s.

He underachieved in his first three seasons at Arkansas.
He had a chance to finish 9-4 in 2016 but blew 24-7 leads against Missouri and Virginia Tech.
That carried over into the 2017 season at 4-8.
