first things first - get a defensive line.
second - start drinking.
third - keep drinking and cook really good food.
fourth - keep drinking, eat good food, and cheer your team, scream at TV, yell at opposing fans, cry when you lose, cry when you win, read in the newspaper about Bama fans murdering each other after loss, listen to Finebaum (once), drink some more, tailgate from thurs - sat., be hoarse after every game (whether you're there or not).
