Whether you understand it or not, this is exactly why those boosters write those checks.
If you don’t want your head coach and AD looking for competitive advantage and being willing to challenge made up rules by a conference and commissioner that can’t define what a professional athlete or an amateur athlete is in open court, then you don’t understand what the sport has become.
Lane and LSU are showing you what college football is now. Like it or love it or hate it, this is college football, and the SEC trying to bluff their way to LSU backing down makes Sankey and the league look like petulant children.

We did it on purpose just to make college game day, and first game viewership, a smashing success...It worked!
