When this first happened this board was saying that bringing someone a weapon to commit a felony is a felony, and the board was damn positive this was the case in Alabama. What happened to that ?
I can see him not being convicted, but I don’t understand how he hasn’t been arrested and charged for this as it seems very cut and dry? What am I missing?

Again, it’s not self-defense. Self-defense means you need the gun in the very second and not a few minutes later. It’s mutual combat but someone else got killed. Miller assisted by delivering the murder weapon and blocking the car.

Fairly certain it’s established that Miles shot first? This all happened off site from where the initial confrontation happened right? As in Miles and his friend followed the victims and then confronted them again and escalated it to a shooting? I don’t see how this can be bastardized into a self defense case?

Miles had time to call Miller, wait on Miller to bring the gun, retrieve the gun, hand it off to Davis..who then executes someone.. That's the opposite of self defense, that's premeditation. Which is a capital offense, hence the capital murder charge.

You're in a public place and text someone and wait for them to come to you to bring a gun then shoot someone, you're not getting off on self defense.
