I sense that these Bama fans….not all but these guys….need to better their own lives. Read a book, apply themselves better in life, whatever. Anything it takes from Bama football being the benefactor in how life is measured. I’ll light a candle for these poor souls after afternoon mass.

Cop out excuse. My family had no money whatsoever. I wasn’t given one dime for school. But… what I had was determination, ingenuity, and the work ethic to work and go to college at the same time. I worked 32-40 hours a week while taking 15-17 hours each semester. And… I didn’t live in a college town like you did, which means I couldn’t live at home and go to school. I had to pay for all of my living expenses while going to school at LSU and tuition and books.

And then I worked a 9-5 for 30 years.
