You’re paying him top five money with little to explain it other than “it’s LSU, everyone wins here.” Thats why yall catch shite - it seems a lot like how yall explained Kelly.
As for Milroe - he owned LSU but we knew he wasnt elite. I have much more confidence heading into this season if Russell is the guy.

What's the alternative?
At least Kiffin is bringing new energy to the program. I'd prefer that to giving a big extension to a guy who has demonstrated that he can't run the ball and keeps getting blown out in big games.
We already had that with Kelly.

I get the opportunism but as bad as you want to spin DeBoer, he’s done more at Bama than Lane has done in 14 years as a head coach. DeBoer averages four losses a year at Bama? Lane averages four losses a year as a head coach.

No he didn’t. Half of that roster was gone when he arrived. All those holes had to be filled with first year transfers and true freshmen, not 3rd and 4th year veterans who were behind them on the depth chart.
