That’s honestly probably the PTSD we’ve developed over the last 15 years talking.

Everybody’s a big question mark right now it’s just a matter of where the question marks are and whether in-season evolution will resolve them.

I thought LSU was the best team before the season. We are just getting started, but it's theirs to lose, IMO. Anything can happen though. If they have an FSU game against one of us, it's wide open again.

This is the first year in all of cfb (not just sec) since 2007 imo where there truly isnt a dominant team that stands out above the rest. You could tell me one of about 10 different teams would win the natty tis year and I'd say "huh, yeah I guess I can see it"

Washington is absolutely destroying teams right now. It’s like the damned blitzkrieg against Belgium all over again.

But nobody will ever see the e games because they are on some Russian houses streaming platform paying the PAC-12 in Rubbles and etherium.

I'm not taking that bait. Yeah, Georgia looked poor in the first half against SC. But then they came out in the second half and asserted their will. Kirby had to love how it played out (not of course while it was going on in the first half); he got his team's attention and it didn't take a L to get it. Georgia is the clear team to beat in the SEC and in the country. I guess LSU is the team to beat in the West, but they could also easily finish 4th or 5th. Bama will get better and Milroe will be the QB.

Nope. Until Alabama starts losing or Saban pulls a Spurrier 2015, Alabama is still in it until they aren't.

I don’t think anyone is the favorite LSU , Bama, Ole Miss, or Aggie winning it wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

I don’t think Milroe is near as bad as Bama thinks and will probably improve as the year goes on, especially if they tweak the offense to play to his strengths.

So far, yes. The really interesting thing to watch is how Saban handles what sure looked like lack of effort against USF. They sort of looked the same against TX but you had to at least consider the loathsome possibility that TX really is good. But against USF - damn. Is Saban willing to be the fire-breathing monster that it would take to turn the team around? We know what younger Saban would have done but will he risk making multiple players quit when he knows he's at the end?

Every year is unique to itself but I'm not going to disregard a 20 game winning streak. It's Georgia until it's not Georgia. But as an LSU fan I'm pretty happy, all in all.

The last week. Games against FCS really can't be evaluated.

Maybe, but Ole Miss has a chance to stake a claim.

Their offensive line is legitimately a problem.

I think it’s still interesting that people on here view the arse kicking by FSU different from Miami boat racing the Aggies.

At least A&M moved the ball, had 10 more first downs, and kept it competitive till the 4th in scoring 33 points.

LSU got straight up pounded in the bag with no lube. And if Miami played FSU this week, my sense is that Miami would win. They’ve been dominant in all facets of the game.

But here we are forgetting the FSU game and handing LSU the crown. Hey I get it, Durkin is not your DC. So you have that going for you.
