Louisiana will bump down to #51. So that raises the question about whether they keep their star on the flag or if we just give it to Puerto Rico.

Very confused about the LSU-Missouri shite talk on the board today but it’s annoying as hell. How about we just go ahead and accept the fact that overall both Louisiana and Missouri are shitty states and move on.
ETA: Still happy I live in LA. give me crap all you want but why leave my friends and family behind to go move some place where I don’t know anyone.

Yeah I don't understand all the animosity between LSU and Mizzou either. I often forget that they are even members of the conference.

97.7% of Puerto Ricans voted for statehood in their most recent poll. They’re already American citizens and can move to any part of the US as easily as any other citizen. The territory wants to become a state by 2025.
They can’t vote for President of the US and they don’t have representation in Congress but they have all the other rights of Americans. I’ve known a few PRs who moved to the mainland and, if they’re representative of the general population, I like them. They’re proud to be Puerto Ricans but more proud to be Americans.
