The question you should be asking is are these the same tests the rest of the country is using, and are those false positives going into the pot? Is the total case count with the false positives being used to set public policy? The proven incompetence of many state health departments doesn't give the warm and fuzzies about removing those false positives.

In the grand scheme of things, a football game doesn't mean shite. However, if you go piling these false positives up and start using them to prove a "spike" we have a major problem on our hands.

There are far more false negatives than false positives due to sample collection technique. A test is only as good as the sample.

So if he tests negative three times, he should be held out of coaching?

If there are that many false positives in the publicized cases, what are the numbers in the general public? When you have every Tom and Hairy Dick at every shithole clinic/lab administering tests, how bad is the false positive problem? Couple that with the fact that you rarely see cumulative numbers revised downward, that suspicion gets worse.

Anyone who downvoted the OP is just clueless. The whole thing is nothing but establishing control over the populace, PERIOD. There will be a time in the not too distant future that you will not be able to enter an establishment without presenting proof of a vaccination for this Covid crap. They've all been talking about the coming vaccine for months. They're just getting everyone ready. It will be used as a ticket for everyday life.

Now they're threatening $100K fines for SEC coaches who do not wear their masks completely covering their nose and mouth. Think about the mask apparatus that people who paint cars use. Think about the masks that firefighters, miners, and workers who are exposed to radioactive materials use. Think about the people you see working in the CDC labs and all the gear they have on. And they're saying these little cotton face coverings will protect people from one of the deadliest viruses in human history?

This is all conditioning us for the next level of control referenced at the beginning of my post.

I’m around “Covid patients” every single day in the ER since the start. I’ve had zero required quarantine time. I have had zero covid test done. If I were to test positive, assuming I chose to get tested myself, I am still required to have to come to work if I have no symptoms.

Listening to how all these businesses and politicians that know nothing about Frontline healthcare and COVID talk like they are going to kill their whole family if they are near someone that tested positive is such a slap in the face to healthcare workers.

ps: our Flu cases are down 95% in the hospital. Funny how every other sickness disappeared.
