No but I talked to the people who have Juice living in their house this morning, so I thought I’d share.
Updates on Juice Kiffin to clarify the BS rumors
Posted by Cargeaux89 on 12/3/25 at 10:30 am
Not that this matters but Ole Miss, to no one’s surprise, is trying to drag Kiffin through the mud. I’ve stated in a thread recently that I know Juices trainer, whom Juice lives with when Kiffin is traveling or at away games. They told me today that Kiffin text him on Monday to check in on Juice and see how he’s doing. It is 100% Kiffin’s dog. The trainer has been receiving calls and text from people trying to adopt Juice since the rumors are that it isn’t his dog and it was all a PR stunt. The women’s basketball coach tried to get Juice at the game when they introduced Golding and Kiffin told them not to because of the optics based on what people are saying.
They’ve stated that Juice will likely be going to Baton Rouge with Kiffin and if for some reason he doesn’t then they’ll adopt him full time. Just wanted to put dumbass rumors to bed about our new coach.

Lacy has posted about 10 times in the past few days on tik tok about how his loyalty is with ole Miss and that he’s a rebel for life. So doubt he leaves

I want Frank Wilson on staff in some capacity for recruiting and relationships within the state. However, I really hope Kevin Smith would come with Kiffin. He’s been his RB coach for the past 8 years

He’s on the sideline with Juice every single home game and he keeps him for the away games. He deals with Kiffin closely, that’s why I’m telling yall this. Juice runs out and grabs the tee after kickoffs and runs back to his trainer. He didn’t train him for 6 months to never see him again. He is with him weekly

Has been Juice’s trainer since he was a puppy. Their family hasn’t heard anything at all. Not that they should or would, just thought I would let yall know that there’s been zero rumblings of Juice moving yet, and he’s the one that boards him and trains him when Kiffin is out of town. Just adding my 2 cents that no one asked for

Oh I hope so bad he breaks their wittle hearts. They are so desperate
“Lane, your years in Oxford have shaped a narrative few could have predicted.
When you first stepped off that jet in Oxford, you weren’t the polished, centered, media-friendly “Lane 2.0” ESPN is now celebrating. You were a brilliant coach with a battered reputation, burned bridges, and a personal life that desperately needed a reset. You didn’t look like a man in control — you looked like a deer in the headlights.
Most programs wouldn’t have rolled the dice on you.
Oxford did — immediately and without hesitation.
This town and this University gave you space to breathe.
They gave you trust you hadn’t earned yet.
They gave you resources, freedom, patience, and support.
Most importantly, they gave you something rare in your world: stability.
Your daughter convinced you to stay.
Your ex-wife moved here.
Your family rooted here.
Your priorities shifted.
Your life quieted down.
And for the first time in years, you found some peace.
Somewhere in all of that, Oxford and Ole Miss reshaped you.
Not the SEC.
Not the money.
Not the national spotlight.
Oxford — the town, the University, the people, the pace — rebuilt you.
And now you’ve admitted it yourself: you need Oxford more than Oxford needs you.
That isn’t weakness — it’s honesty. It’s clarity. It’s the clearest sign of how far you’ve come.
Because the version of you the nation is celebrating — healthier, grounded, more self-aware — didn’t exist before Ole Miss. He was built right here, year after year, by a community that believed in you long before the rankings ever did.
And yes, other programs with bigger wallets will always come calling. That’s the business.
But here’s the truth:
They can match the money.
They can’t replicate Oxford or The University of Mississippi!
You can chase opportunity anywhere.
You can only find this version of yourself in one place.
So remember:
Oxford didn’t just give you a job.
Oxford gave you your life back.
You rebuilt Ole Miss football — absolutely.
But Oxford rebuilt you.
Hotty Toddy
Go Rebs!“

My first call is Scott Cochran. If he doesn’t want it due to past issues then I understand. Current head coach at West Alabama? 8 championships under Saban and Kirby, and he’s an LSU alum. But you reach out to him first to see if he wants to rebuild LSU S&C

Twitter link to video. He obviously dances around the question cause he is a coach with the Lions. He wants it though and should be at least interviewed. But you can tell that he would give everything to this university win or lose, it wouldn’t be for lack of passion or effort.

13 points off of 8 turnovers is insane
Posted by Cargeaux89 on 10/8/25 at 11:46 am
Credit to the advocate for reporting on this, but that has to be a record low for points off turnovers up to this point. The sad thing is, is that 7 of the 13 points is off of a pick six against Florida. Offense has been historically bad in taking advantage of opportune possessions. Have to get it fixed, I’m just not sure that it’s fixable with this offensive staff. Hope to see some new life on Saturday or this season is completely lost as we go deeper into the schedule
We ran formations and plays against Clemson that we haven’t run since
Posted by Cargeaux89 on 9/28/25 at 9:57 am
I haven’t seen the 4 wide diamond package since Clemson. Where’s the delay tunnel screen with fake to the flat screen. Where’s the power I formation we ran on 3rd and short against Florida. Where’s our Wildcat QB they spent so much time on in fall camp?
We just run plays and expect them to execute perfectly. You need a scheme. You need a strategy. We never bust big runs. We never have receivers running open. It’s scheme, it’s playcalling, it’s coaching. Offensive needs a complete overhaul. I don’t see this getting fixed mid season. Maybe you could have a 2016 awakining with new life and playcalling, but I think there are bigger internal issues with concept and ideology of the offense

At what point do we question Coach Frank Wilson. I know the man is about as important as anyone when it comes to Louisiana recruiting, but damn his RBs seem to regress from freshmen year in our scheme. Is he coaching instincts out of them and forcing them to blindly hit holes that aren’t there. I see RBs all across CFB that are explosive yet patient. Feels like ours get slower and force things. I don’t think Brad Davis is getting his job done either other than recruiting. But I just feel like Frank Wilson’s name is taboo to criticize his RBs
Didn’t see Ashton Stamps
Posted by Cargeaux89 on 8/31/25 at 3:55 pm
Never noticed him on a single snap. Don’t think he played special teams or defense at all last night which was surprising. Would’ve thought he would spell guys or get in in nickle or dime packages. Just that passed up, or did he have an undisclosed injury
Haulcy is instinctive and a natural saftey
Posted by Cargeaux89 on 5/5/25 at 7:09 am
A lot of people think defensive back positions are interchangeable. I see all the time comments about, “if he can’t play safety move em to corner” or vice versa. Safety is its own position. From highlights and the little game footage I’ve watched on Haulcy, the kid seems to be a natural for the position.
He takes good angles, he is very instinctive and will bait throws. His change of directions with playing the ball is fluid. If he grasps the playbook quickly, I expect he’ll be a starter. Having him allows us to really be creative in third down packages. He can play deep safety or near the line of scrimmage. Great get for us.

Anyone going to be updating from spring practice/scrimmage today

Was curious if anyone knew of any social media or media outlets that will have any coverage or updates from todays football “scrimmage”?

LSU hasn’t done themselves many favors, but those are two bad call late in a two possession game. Refs are making a difference in the last 2 minutes

Ah yes, the proverbial rank 1 receiver committing to LSU at some point during the recruiting cycle. Won’t get excited over this at this point in time
