there is every reason to say it's on par with the other P5 regardless of the future.

CU won the MNC in the Big 8
They have 1 claimed MNC and it took an illegal 5th down vs Mizzou to get that split title in 1990.

OU vs. OSU is more like Alabama v Auburn than Alabama v UK.
45-35-1 = 55.56 win ratio for Alabama vs Auburn
86-18-7 = 77.48 win ratio for Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State
Clearly math is not your thing.
Sooners can chalk Pokes as a win, Bama certainly does not have that luxury vs Auburn.

That hasn't happened before or since.
Probably because KSU without the Purple Wizard and Kansas without the Fat Man are two of the worst football teams of all time.

Just saying you guys don't follow Big 12 closely which is fine.
I lived in Big Eight country and followed it fairly well as one of my besties played for the Sooners and keeps me in touch with Sooner sports even today.

The rivalry is lopsided because OU is one of the best programs in the history of the game and oSu is a middling .500 program.
Now, 6-14 in the last 20 years is a little more respectable, but Gundy has not performed as well as he should have as a HC.
But the games have been consistently great as of late and frequently come down to a play or 2 late.
I lived in Tuscaloosa for 3 years. The rivalry is extremely similar in a lot of ways.

Wut? He had OSU a stone's throw away from a national title game.

SEC love it or leave it
Funny how the SEC is the only P5 without an exit fee or GoR
If you are not on board, don't let the door hit you on the arse on the way out.

because its the most prestigious conference in collegiate sports and i would much rather associate a&m with schools like michigan and ohio state than the rest of you country bumpkins

No problem with that but your administration and the bulk of your fans and alumni seem to disagree with you. Unless you become president your ability to change corse is not likely.
Hey, it is a free country and you are entitled to your opinion tho

Same here with Mizzou.
Texas A&M and Missouri would be a nice little get $$$ for the B1G Network.

I don't think A&M would fit the big 10 culturally at all. Same with OU. Once you get north of MO people are fricking weird man.

F the big 10...dying region of the country.

When's the last time someone left the Big Ten or Pac-10-12?

B1G
I think 2 of the early members left early. Chicago dropped out around World War II
PCC (now PAC)
Idaho and Montana
You missed the bigger point, ACC + B1G + B12 + PAC all have massive penalty threats of 250 million to 500 million via the GoR's. SEC does not have any exit penalty so any member school is free to leave any time. Interesting with such easy exit ability, none have chosen to do so since the 1960's.
Also, one of the main reasons the Mizzou Tigers joined the SEC over the B1G is the SEC was 50 dollars to join (same as when the SEC founded in the 1930's) while Nebraska had to cough up 50 million to join the B1G (and promptly got kicked out of the AAU by their new conference mates). Folks from Columbia, MO were smarter than the folks from Lincoln, NE.
You guys are laughing all the way to the bank while the new B1G teams got saddled with massive debt and long term financial burdens.

Mizzou would be in the Big 10 if the Big 10 wanted them. This is undeniable.
The B1G didn't want Missouri though, so SEC it was.
