Just because you give up a big play it doesn't mean it was busted coverage, because that has been what LSU says any time someone can pass on them.

If people want to talk about football strategy then you need a lesson. If you wnat to talk yards and missed FGs-both of those stats are because we played smart and knew our personel and played field position continually pinning yall deep with Brad Wing. No, its a busted coverage when a RB catches a ball with no one within 15 yards of him. But I'm sure he just "beat the coverage" on that 5 yard route though, right?

The miscommunication was between a safety and corner fyi. It didn't matter if one of the sucky linebackers or a DB was on him because the coverage was busted.
Believe it or not, running 5 yards doesn't allow you enough room to get open by 15 yards even if a fat waterboy is covering him.
But speaking of getting open, I thought Alabama was supposed to have a good secondary. How could one of them have gotten beat so bad by Shepard of all people?
