The players will be learning a new offensive scheme so I have a bit of a hard time buying this. I am also still very unconvinced that this offensive line is worth anything.

A&M, Bama, and Texas are all home games. Most likely all night games with year 3 of a Blake Baker defense. A&M is Kiffin's 1st SEC home game and Bama/Texas are in November when the team should be operating at full clip.

Those three are much closer to guaranteed wins than losses. I can see LSU dropping the Ole Miss game given the emotions around it, but it'll definitely be a close game.

You got meteor striked by an a&m team at home that couldn't score more than 7 points against Texas or 3 points against Miami

You've got a lot to work on

Need like 2-3 quality OL that can start and we need to get through Clemson week 1 so we can use lesser opponent (LaTech) to work out the kinks of a new system before heading to Oxford in week 3 and getting A&M at home week 4.

It's going to be hard to make the playoffs in year 1.

I want to agree, but the shambles BK left this place in is daunting. I think LK makes LSU a frequent playoff team, but idk if it happens in year 1.

Ed O left a shite season and BK got you to the SEC CG in year 1.

That should be the standard for Lane, if I were an LSU fan. We are paying you absurd money for a reason, and we expect results for this money. Here's all the money you need for assistants, here's all the money you need for NIL, now go win games.

the entire OL portaled. I have no idea what the new line will look like but I'm not going to use last year's line as a barometer as it will be all new players and coaches next year.

Maybe. He is a good QB.

I have serious doubts LSU can turn it around to at least 10 wins in a single season though. It wouldn’t surprise me but I would not bet on it.

For the first time since Joe Burrow. I am not worried about the quarterback position. I was even concerned with Jayden Daniels, not with Jayden Daniels, but the actual coaching, and he still persevered.

I think love it in Clark, are perfect for a Kiffin offense. I would’ve preferred Chambliss or Sorsby but happy we do not have to compete against either one next year

Moore and Davis are both back. So 40% is back. In any event, I agree, but that’s the point. I’m not concluding it will be bad, I’m just not convinced it will be good yet.

Not impressed with Leavitt. Maybe it's the surrounding cast or the current coach, but he's not a good QB at ASU. And that's with maybe the best WR in the nation at his disposable. He's a pretty good scrambler though...just not that good at throwing the ball.

Didn’t realize Leavitt was this bad vs SEC defense. Glad UK passed on him.
