Let's look at Dan's resume.
1. Experience recruiting MS
2. Able to answer the tough questions
3. Able to meet the fanbases expectations by occasionally jumping into the top 25

Yeah, I don't see that happening. I think they would try to get the Old Ball Coach to come out of retirement or Fuente from VT. They might even attempt Herman but he will be at one of the Texas schools by then I'm sure.
It will be a hard sell given that whoever it is will likely have to run one of the cleanest programs ever for a long time.

This cannot be understated. Freeze's replacement will have to convince players to come play in Oxford for free. I think Dan may be the most qualified man for the job.
