If Georgia loses to Alabama is their resume strong enough?

With Clemson falling off a Cliff if UGA loses to Alabama I no longer think it’s a guarantee they get in CFP.
Kentucky would be their only quality win

Assuming you are gonna make it? I like that

Who would get in over them that isn’t undefeated?

Alabama
Ohio State
Oklahoma
Oregon
Even Cincinnati with a win over 1 loss ND

I think they still get in but if a one loss PAC 12 or ACC champion, it would be sympathy for Cincinnati. Michigan is sleeper also also tOSU looks good. Sooners from Big 12...crowded year.
Could you imagine the melt if Alabama makes it to Atlanta and beats UGA as an underdog?

We're not beating Georgia this year. Georgia can go ahead and print the shirts. Georgia can't lose unless Kirby does something dumb. And why would he do that?

A one loss Georgia to bama in the sec championship is a lock

Georgia is in regardless. It would take a MaJOR blowout for GA not to be in playoffs assuming they win out and enter sec cg without a loss.

I really don’t see those teams getting in over Georgia if those teams already have a loss. Especially if Georgia’s loss is Alabama.

They need Auburn to go 8-4.

The better question is: does Alabama make into the playoffs if they lose to Georgia?

I don't think they're a lock even with a loss in the SECCG, but it would have to be a pretty big loss 14+ points and a couple other teams with 1 loss look very impressive for them to not make it.

I feel they should be still Top 4 but an undefeated Sooners will be one with Bama if they win.
UGA would be measured against
A one loss Oregon PAC 12 Champion
A Undefeated Michigan or 1 loss tOSU Big 10 Champion.
Possible a 1 loss ACC Champions.
Undefeated Cincinnati
UGA dreams could be shattered.

Ohio State in over a 1 loss Georgia would be a travesty.

Depends on how bad the loss is. Bama would have the best offense Georgia has seen and that shock and awe 1st quarter blitz by Bama could put Georgia in a huge hole.
Would Georgia be able to keep the score respectable?

OU has no business being in there before Michigan

Georgia will go regardless of the outcome of the SECCG.

All of a sudden I keep seeing you guys assume we lose to you? We have a pretty damn good team. You’re also assuming you beat OM who curb stomped LSU.
