Ed O. He must stay in the SEC even if we have to pay for it.

Barry Odom isn't funny.

If one can assume you’re stuck with 7-9 win seasons (maybe even less), I would go with media darling, Ed Orgeron. No doubt.

I'd take any coach over Ed.Ogre. sorry but he's not head coach material and has proved that. He showed me his level of coaching ability when he ripped his shirt off and challenged any player on the team to get their arse kicked. Who does that?

If you're not a fan of Alabama and your answer isn't Saban then you're stupid or lying

I was thinking the same thing . I would take Ed O because he sucks enough to get Fire right away so we could get a better coach.

Man you are going to be depressed when you lose to Ed O again this year. Better stock up now on the good booze....

I hope he wins just enough that LSU never gets rid of him. I don't want to live in a world where Ogre isn't the coach at LSU.

I would take Odom in a heartbeat.

He was a top tier defensive coordinator in his day, and he team had a surprisingly good offense last year. Seems like he is a good player developer too.

Compare that to Coach O who is such a great coach that no program trusted him to be a defensive coordinator for them, and who completely fricked up the gameplan of one of the top OCs in college football when they played Troy last year.

It is a night and day difference.

I'm not sure, but I can guarantee you my Saturdays in the fall would be open to do things now.

Or they just read and answered the OP's question correctly.

That's tough. You got a guy that is a career position coach but somehow found a head coaching job twice. The other really hasn't done anything but have a bowl appearance. I rather have Odom, I guess.

Odom. Ed O feels like he's setting LSU back for a decade. Odom just feels like a placeholder that will surprise every now and then.

Going with ED O cuz IDk who Bobby Odom is. I googled him and got nothing to do with football. Then I googled him adding the word football and still got nothing that convinced me it was who you're talking about.
