Why would you assume he won't be successful?

The East had 4 teams go 7-6 or better.
The West had 5 teams go 7-6 or better. But okay, the entire West was tough..
Arkansas 4-8
Ole Miss 6-6
Texas A&M 7-6
Maybe our definition of "competitive" is different? I am not saying the East was better. far from it. But the days of the West being tough top to bottom are long gone.

Why would we worry? If he does well he is likely off to Michigan or Notre Dame in a couple years anyways. Sorry your program has become a stepping stone.

Nah, Bama has Nick Saban, so I won't be worried about it.

9 wins? Y’all will be lucky to squeeze out 7 with that schedule.
Losses:
State
LSU
UGA
Missouri or USC
FSU

The only losses next year for UF will be State, UGA, and FSU.
Posted on 4/12/18 at 8:17 am to ForeverGator
During the offseason there are never any losers

9-win season
Here is their schedule
CSU
UK
CSU
@UT
@MSU
LSU
@Vandy
UGa
Mizz
SC
Idaho
@FSU
First of all they only have 4 games in another team's stadium, 1 of which is vandy. Let's go ahead and pencil in CSU/UK/CSU/Vandy/Idaho as wins off the bat. That's 5 wins. That leaves UT/MSU/LSU/UGA/SC/Mizz/FSU. UT is still garbage and MSU is breaking in a totally new staff like uf is. LSU is a total unknown, we know about UGA, FSU is also breaking in a new staff, SC is decent, Missouri is pretty bad.
So basically you're asking if we'll "freak out" if they win 4 of the 7 games that aren't automatically wins, 3 of which are at home.
No, I don't think anyone will.

Do you ever stop riding my dick? It's weird when you go to every Gators conversation and say my name when I'm not involved, worse when you make up fake arguments.

If Florida wins 9 or more games this season and pulls in a top 10 recruiting class, both of which I believe will happen, this board will freak out. All the threads that you see about Mullen before he has even coach a game are a sign that they are scared, especially UG fans.

I simply summed up the narrative you have created over the past few months about uga:
- When uga steamrolls the east and Mullen, it’s because of richt signed talent advantage.
- When uga steamrolls auburn to win the sec, it’s because of a hurt shoulder.
- When uga wins rose bowl, it’s because the other coach messed up.
- When uga loses to a much more talented Bama team, it’s because of smart and a talent disadvantage suddenly doesn’t matter.
- When Fromm has a great year, it was all because of 70% rb duo.
Go ahead and correct anything listed that you feel misrepresents your stated opinions about uga. Tell me where I was wrong. Control your narrative.

You misquote me and blame me for you misquoting me, why on Earth do you think I'm going to go through the motions to fix all of the bullshite narratives you throw out there?
It's weird enough that you go from thread to thread talking about me when I'm not involved, fricking freak.

Honestly I am hoping for UF success just for the MSU fan meltdown.
I think their carpetbagging coach will fail, but if Mullen also succeeds at UF we might see some weird melts unlike we have ever seen before.
Frankly I am still blown away and how openly hurt MSU fans were when he left. Eventually they got around to the revisionist history and "we are better off, time to take the next step" logic that any other fanbase would start off with in that situation, but for like two weeks they were very openly hurt that he didn't want to stay with them.
It was fricking weird and I would love to see more of it. Everyone always acts like every move their program makes is this great idea in college football, so a fanbase realizing they got fricked and acting out because of that is rare as hen's teeth.

A 9 win season would be a complete failure and disappointing. Just ask the “nc or bust” gator fan from the other thread.

Man, they were all about telling us how Mullen would never leave MSU for Florida, he was locked down, he had just done x, y and z, no way he goes.
Fastforward a bit of time and they're talking about him like he's Sylvester Croom III. Can you imagine the meltdown that's gonna happen if Florida wins @MSU? I don't think we will, but it'd be amazing.

This is the 2nd time you have chosen to not control your narrative. It’s up to you to correct any of those listed points if they aren’t accurate. The burden is on you to prove me wrong.
