I think it is pretty obvious that the first road game for this team and the crazy weather conditions we're a huge distraction.

I think you can see that LSU is struggling and was hitting on all cylinders the first half of the game. Not putting LSU down but they are just not as complete of a team as Auburn is this year.

Id like to see these two teams play again. Even if it is at Tiger Stadium

I think you are wrong. If we play again, we win by more. In clear conditions throw all over you.

I'll say it. I was at the game, and it was never in question. Auburn is a good team and they've proven they are as good as anybody in the West save Alabama. However, I don't think they match up well against LSU. My perspective is that the game could have been much more lopsided in favor of LSU with a dry field. You act like LSU didn't have to play on an ugly field as well where our speed advantage wasn't also taken away... I came away feeling like it wasn't as close as the score indicated. Now, Auburn is playing better now than they were then and LSU is playing worse, but I still think we win the game again and again in TS.

I think you have more of a stylistic advantage playing in the rain than Auburn does. More finesse ball-handling required in the read option. I think Auburn's physical and fast pace play on the LOS wore down LSU, but like i said we were too far behind after the 1st qtr.

Your football team was distracted by the weather? Really?

I think AU would win a rematch. LSU has not improved at all. AU has.

Is this real? And Auburn fans are chiming in like it's gospel. I remember walking out of that game disappointed we didn't keep our foot on the gas. I never once was nervous about losing that game. I guess I see what Bama fans are talking about, you lost by 14 fricking points to a team who pulled a Les and went cruising in the second half on offense.

I'm glad our Auburn brethren are back to being a factor in the West, but this is akin to 2009 Georgia pointing to the score of their game with Bama without context and saying they didn't get beat that bad.

The funeral game was an 11 point Bama win.

Anyone who watched that game think the game was ever close?

That said, as for the rest of the sked, go get 'em Auburn.
