And if LSU played USCe instead of UF we’d be 10-2. Stupid thread. Stop posting.

Is Florida actually better than USCe? The game was 35-31 at Florida, who trailed by 17 in the second half. Just a thought.

Actually, the rest of the SEC is appreciative of Fisher taking one for the conference in purposely tanking it late against Auburn.
Otherwise, I'm certain Gus would be gone by now.
Last year, Saban had to tank it to save Gus, this year Jimbo. Next year, here's looking at you O , or Kirby.

Probably a playoff team and National Champions. Don't sell the Aggies short.

I know it would earn my team a penalty if I did this at Kyle Field, but...

Thumb down.

Kick that shite down the road. Orgeron can't afford to intentionally tank any games when he loses 1-2 he shouldn't every year.

O has proven he won't be beat by Gus. Now Troy on the other hand...

Hate all yall want, but, in the polls at least, A&M is being penalized for playing Clemson OOC. For all the talk about wanting to reward people who play hard OOC schedules, the polls rarely actually do so.

Right. Aggy is totally being penalized for losing to Clemson. Losing to Auburn and getting blasted by Mississippi State don't have anything to do with it.

If A&M was 9-3, having won against a directional school instead of playing Clemson, we'd be going to the Citrus bowl at least, and we'd be ranked in the top 12 or so, at least. That's really not debatable. We are absolutely being punished for losing a game against Clemson - a game that we should have won!

If LSU played in the SWAC we'd be 12-0

Of course it's debateable. A loss to unranked Auburn goes a long way and you wouldn't have the close loss to Clemson on the resume.

It's not. We'd have the same record as LSU and Kentucky, with wins against both.

Counterfactual knowledge is possible, my man. (If the sun blew up yesterday, we wouldn't be having this conversation today.)

Holy shite, this is the most A&M thread I have ever read. Texas fans warned us this would happen. We should have listened.
