I will say this, at least Bama/UT feels like a rivalry game this year,

Whether it lives up to that could have lots of fans from both sides going off a cliff

We've sucked for so long, I don't think we would even know how to find said cliff.

It has reminded me how a rivalry should be.

The other SEC rivalries have gotten too soft. We need more hatred

I know Miss State schedule is brutal this year but we say hello. See you in Starkville (aka Starkvegas)

On the flip-side, if VOLS win, the goal posts will be in the river. Bookmark it.

Vol fans are fearless when it comes to losing. We have literally fallen from greatness been through the trenches and now have returned.

If by some freak miracle Bama pulled out a W then you can bet we would see them again in Atlanta and whoop their asses. UGA is weak as yell looking this year.

If VOLS win, I hope every Bama fan over the age of 18 inside Neyland is rounded up like cattle and held down while VOLS fans put cigars out on their foreheads

I wouldn't go to this game as a Bama fan. Seriously. We have way too many crazy fans from deep up in the Mountains who will come down for this and will be oiled up on shine ready to beat any bama fans' arse that they can find. This game will be a WAR.

Vols fans are famously cowards. They might throw crap on the field, but they tuck tail and run when face-to-face with someone willing to fight.

Facts. I was there in 2014 when we had Blake Sims and Amari. We started out fast that game but let UT creep back in. I think they scored in the 3rd quarter to make it a 2 score game and the older couple in front of me (UT fans) got up and turned around to me and started yelling and cussing in my face. Next possession we hit a bomb and score. I stuck my head down between them and started yelling and making a scene like they had. They proceeded to get up and leave lol

LSU fans demonstrated this technique flawlessly as recently as last weekend, when they abandoned South Neyland Stadium in Baton Rouge midway through a brutal pounding by the VOLS.

In other news, fighting over football is a beta move, unless it takes place at Sonic.

You haven't returned until you beat Alabama and UGA. Butch Jones led Tennessee to a 5-0 start in 2016, beating Florida and UGA in back to back games....then lost their next 3 and a cherry on the top to Vandy to close out the regular season.

Win or lose, after the game drunk Vol fans will be passed out all along Kingston Pike. Be careful not to run over any of them.

The last 15 years have been good for Bama but bad for the rivalry.

Historically, this is the most heated rivalry in the SEC.jmo
I'm glad to see it relevant again. This is what cfb is all about.
