He's 3-4 against LSU in his last 7 games and 2 of those wins came at State.
State had lost 22 of 23 games to LSU before his 2014 win so him suddenly winning 2 games with lesser talented teams made LSU fans respect him.

He's 3-8 against LSU. No matter how you wanna cherry pick the timeline,it's not a "pretty good record"
He also beat a 5 loss LSU team in '14 and 4 loss team in '17 (they were destroyed 31-3 in Athens BTW)
He beat 2 outta 3 of your worst teams in the last 10 years and obviously last year wasn't pretty for 'em.

The fact is if Bama doesn’t blow the doors off of a team then they suck. That’s the perception by the college football world and Bama fans themselves. I have fallen victim to it myself but I can watch a game and watch our big men get dominated in the trenches and be realistic about where this team is right now. OM game will be a nightmare.

Thank you! Really it was a combination of Mullen being good, his QB being young, and Alabama defense being not that good

That bogus penalty on 3rd down led to Bama’s TD in the 1st quarter. Alabama likely doesn’t win without that call.
