Hey…what happened 2015-2022? Lost almost decade?

Weird because you Mizzou folks love to give OU shite for two bad years…seems like we need to shite the bed for another half a decade before we can match you’re losing in this new conference.

I'm sure you won't disappoint. Hopefully you can win a few games in the SEC next year?

Come talk to me when you have a 10, 11,11, and 12 win season in the SEC. We also have made it to the SEC Championship Game...twice. Not bad for our "middling team" eh? MIZ

Dumb question—and I'm asking this because I don't know—did Oklahoma impose some sort of NIL levy or fee structure on some of their ticket allocations?

Tennessee did, for example.

It might not be that much, but could explain at least a portion of it.

We didn't impose any NIL fees.

Missouri as an institution and fanbase is delusional and thinks their program has risen above their old nemesis Oklahoma, for good. Their fans believe it, so they're gouging their own fans for the delusion. Read the OP. That's what they really believe.

They have nothing else.

Is that why Vandy sucks in everything? To much to do in NashVegas?

Yeah. Nice win totals beating up the former SEC East. I recall that division in the mid 2010s being as lethal as a defanged and toothless bobcat. Win that and almost certainly get boatraced in the championship game by a sec west team - I think Mizzou has familiarity with that song and dance, no?

I’m not worried - we will win 5 conference championships before you sniff one.

LSU has 12.

Florida has vacated more sec titles than you’ve sniffed.

Hmm...There is lots to do in Nashville, so maybe that correlates.

Let's compare with, say, the big 3 sports.

In baseball, Vanderbilt is ahead of Oklahoma, but we still have postseason left.

Basketball - pretty comparable, but, Vandy was ahead of Oklahoma.

Football - well, lookie there. Vandy was better than Oklahoma.

I guess that means that Oklahoma sports suck as bad as Oklahoma does.

...and yet in the decade 2010-2019 at least one SEC East team ranked above OU 60% of the time in the final AP rankings (40% of the time it was multiple teams):

3 SEC East Teams ranked above OU one time - 2012
2 SEC East Teams ranked above OU three times - 2013, 2014, 2019
1 SEC Team ranked above OU two times - 2011, 2017

Do you think OU fans are going to be impressed with those stats? That's basically saying OU would have run that division in the 2010s. And we weren't even that good in the 2010s outside of 2017 (where we were better than the SEC champion but choked the game away).

I couldn’t care less who’s impressed with what. The post was in response to a poster who maintained that the SEC East was dogshit in the 2010’s. If the SEC was dogshit in that era and still had multiple teams (or at least a team) finish above OU more often than not, what does that say about OU? Follow the logic.

As to your second statement, I have no idea how you would come to that conclusion given SEC East teams finished above OU most of the time.
