I thought this was the SEC rant. Who knew.
Also ALL power 4 conferences are doing the same as the SEC anyway.

I don't think this will be resolved very quickly. The NCAA is the party that owes the 2022 class compensation. Not the conference.

They'll all get added to injunctions as well. And then we'll see if it stands. Who knows what will happen.

Good luck with that. And when this circus is over, Lane will be on to the next. It’s how he operates lol

So what. You have not countered anything in my first comment on this thread.

Okay? I wasn't aware that I was supposed to.

It is a Temporary Restraing Order, temporary being the operative word. The La State judge knew this issue would be further adjudicated.

No doubt. Who knows what happens in the end? I'm just glad there's something to talk about.

I will state my opinion. The fact a La court issued the TRO is highly suspicious.
What about the one issued in Texas? Or the challenge in Kentucky? Or the fact this is all started in Colorado?

Correct. Statement retracted, although these are occuring in particlar states for reasons.

I don't blame you for thinking this is just a Louisiana thing, that's all this board seems to be focused on for obvious reasons.
But all this talk about muh conference coming down on LSU is retarded given this is happening everywhere. I get that Lane gets the most clicks but geez.

The only restraining order that actually matters is a Federal one. State judicial system is basically worthless
Posted on 8/28/26 at 3:49 pm to SidewalkTiger
I have edited my statement. It stands.

I have been very clear. Federal court will decide on the merits of the case. Either strike the SEC bylaw or sustain it. That will be what happens. Not a new RO.
The TRO stands until then.

And the SEC will do as it wishes until then as well. The state judicial system has no sway over an entity that doesn't reside in that state.

like you know what LSU is going to do. sit down and shut up you moron.

LSU hired a known criminal in Wade, and a lightening rod in Kiffin. Of course we know what they will do. A leopard doesn’t change its spots.
