We actually have NO IDEA how many cases are in the USA right now. Only 4 states can even test for it and they wont test until you have a fever. there are already cases of people in Cali that got it from "community transfer", so, no known source.
And America is vastly unprepared... no masks, no tests, and a populace that is rife with un-insured.
