There is no way that you are going to be able to gather a team this late in the year, and then put a viable product on the field.
I am not sure if y'all have played Sports before, but it takes "Months" to hit the Gym in order to work out, and continuous weeks to learn the play-calls.
Gyms and Whole Universities were closed for 3 months.
You all are begging for something that shouldn't happen given the circumstances.
Let it go.

So they’re going to just practice for 7 months? That makes sense

What? They missed Spring ball.
Do you know of any school that’s missed ANY fall camp yet? I don’t. Dumb and premature to say the least.

I am guessing he is worried about Auburn going to flopped due to Gus hiring of Chad Morris to run the offense.

I thought Covid was dead. Haven’t heard about it on the news.

Something that objective reporting might mention...but nah, we're on to 15 year olds calling out others about black squares on Instagram

I agree, it may be deemed a racist sport soon at the rate we are going. Football boycott coming??

I'm getting worried about it as well. UF just cancelled the graduation ceremony they postponed.

I agree with the OP. Also the health of teams and fans due to the virus can’t just be overlooked.

Honestly a world as full of pussies as this one has turned out to be doesn't really deserve college football anyway.

Dude five of your players reported to camp and promptly tested positive. This shite isn't over. Just wait until all the students come back from the coasts and they all rush and go to parties and bars and shite. Tuscaloosa about to get lit up. No bueno, amigo.

Auburn should be used to that then

1. There will be college football in 2020. It will start on time. The problem is gonna come in November.
2. There will NOT be full stadia. I am not sure how this will play out, but I am sure we will not see 100K in BR or Col Sta or Tusca or Obnoxiousville. Either the SEC will limit stadia to 25% or 50% or folks will vote with their feet to not show up.
3. I predict no real tailgating on campuses will be allowed.

Why do you keep saying Stadia?

90% of college aged kids who get it don’t even feel sick enough to go get tested.
Is it possible for a college kid to get hit bad? Yeah just like it’s possible for a college kid to die of the flu or bacterial meningitis. But corona is only a real worry if you’re older.
Despite all the fear mongering to try to get young people to stop living their lives, the science of the past three months bears that out. Stop being a child. There’s a better chance a college football player dies of an undiagnosed heart condition, heat stroke, or spinal injury then of Corona
